Rising Leader Coaching Pack (12 Pack)

The Rising Leader Coaching Pack is our most popular option, and includes everything from the Leader Foundations Pack. Designed for middle managers/entrepreneurs who seek a transformational leap in their leadership capabilities. They tend to be on the cusp of advancing into a greater role of responsibility and may be experiencing a sense Imposter Syndrome and self-doubt. Upon completion, clients are clear that they are the difference! Through 12 weekly 50-minute coaching conversations on Zoom or in-person (if local), clients work closely with Coach B. to develop advanced leadership skills, such as conflict resolution, executive communication skills, business acumen, team building, and strategic and tactical thinking.
